Privacy policy
This policy explains the personal information UtilityHub may collect, why it is used, and the choices customers can make.

UtilityHub may collect information you provide directly and information created while you use the service.
- Account information such as your email address and plan status.
- Authentication and session information that helps keep your account working securely.
- Subscription status information needed to confirm plan access.
- Saved tools, saved results, and tool usage information connected with your account or allowance.
- Messages you send through support or contact channels.
- First-party usage information that helps improve reliability and understand overall product use.
How information is used
The UtilityHub team uses information to provide the service, keep accounts working, support customers, improve the product, and meet legal or payment-related responsibilities.
- To sign you in and show the correct plan access.
- To help prevent misuse and protect the service for other customers.
- To respond to support requests and account questions.
- To understand which parts of UtilityHub are useful and need improvement.
Site measurement
UtilityHub uses first-party usage measurement to understand broad trends, such as popular pages, tool interest, general traffic patterns, and service reliability. This is used to improve UtilityHub, not to follow people around the web.
- Usage measurement is designed for aggregate insight, not advertising profiles or tracking people across websites.
- Usage records do not include emails, form messages, payment card details, passwords, or full page search details.
- UtilityHub does not use ad tracking or advertising pixels.
- Browser privacy signals are respected where practical.
- Aggregate usage records are kept only for a limited period that helps the team understand trends and keep UtilityHub reliable.
Payment information
Paid plan checkout and plan management are provided through Stripe. Stripe handles card details, and UtilityHub does not store full card numbers. UtilityHub may receive payment and subscription status information needed to confirm plan access and handle support requests.
Sharing information
UtilityHub does not sell customer information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers when needed to provide accounts, payments, security, hosting, support, or legal compliance.
How long information is kept
Information is kept for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide UtilityHub, manage accounts, answer support requests, maintain records, and meet legal or payment-related responsibilities.
Your choices
You can email support@utilhub.co.uk to ask about your personal information, request a correction, ask for deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern. Support usually replies within 1–2 business days.
