Terms
Terms of use
These terms explain the everyday rules for using UtilityHub, including tool results, accounts, paid plans, and fair use.
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply when you visit UtilityHub, use a tool, create an account, or choose a paid plan. “UtilityHub”, “we”, and “us” mean UtilityHub and the UtilityHub team.
Using UtilityHub tools
UtilityHub tools are designed to make calculations, planning, checking, writing, and comparison tasks easier. They are practical helpers, not a substitute for professional advice where your situation needs it.
- Check important results before using them for financial, legal, tax, health, safety, or business-critical decisions.
- Use the tools lawfully and do not try to disrupt the service or other customers.
- Do not submit information that you do not have the right to use.
Accounts and plan access
Some tools and higher usage allowances may require an account or paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for activity on your account.
- Use accurate account details and keep them up to date where possible.
- Tell the UtilityHub team if you believe your account has been used without permission.
- Business owners may invite up to 9 other people, for 10 total people including the owner, while the owner’s Business subscription remains active.
- Plan access may vary by plan level and may change as the tool library improves.
Paid subscriptions
If you choose a paid plan, the price, renewal period, and payment terms shown at checkout or in your plan management area apply. Current monthly plan prices are Plus £3/month, Pro £5/month, and Business £20/month unless a different price is clearly shown before you confirm.
- Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled.
- You can cancel future renewals through the available plan management option or by contacting UtilityHub support.
- After cancellation, paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Refund requests are handled under the refunds and cancellations policy and should be sent to support@utilhub.co.uk.
Availability and changes
The UtilityHub team aims to keep the service useful and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, service issues, or improvements. Tools, features, and plans may be updated over time.
Limits of responsibility
UtilityHub is provided as a practical online toolkit. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the UtilityHub team is not responsible for losses caused by relying on unchecked results, using the service in a way it was not intended for, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
