Trust and security
How UtilityHub keeps your account and workspace safer
A plain-language overview of the practical protections around UtilityHub accounts, billing, saved work, exports, privacy, support, and reliability.
Secure account access
UtilityHub account access is designed around private sign-in sessions and safe account recovery flows. Use a unique password, confirm your email, and sign out when using a shared or public device.
- Passwords must meet a minimum length and are protected before storage.
- Password reset and email confirmation links are limited in time and intended for one use.
- You can change your password from your account page when signed in.
- Changing or resetting a password asks other signed-in devices to sign in again where the current account data supports it.
Billing through Stripe
UtilityHub uses Stripe for paid plan checkout and plan management. Stripe handles card details and secure payment confirmation. UtilityHub receives plan status information needed to unlock the right account access and help with support questions.
Saved workspaces and exports
Saved tools, saved answers, guided projects, and exports are connected to your signed-in account. Workspace exports are designed for your own notes, planning, and handover documents, and plan limits help keep the service reliable for everyone.
- Sign in before saving important work so it is connected with your account.
- Review exported workspace content before sharing it outside UtilityHub.
- Avoid saving highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, or legal information unless you are comfortable storing it in your account.
Privacy and support
UtilityHub does not sell customer information. Support is available at support@utilhub.co.uk for account, privacy, payment, or security questions. The privacy policy explains what information is used and why in more detail.
Monitoring and status
UtilityHub has public status information and practical service checks so customers can see whether the site is available. Operational monitoring focuses on service health and reliability, not advertising tracking.
Your account safety checklist
- Use a long, unique password that you do not use on other websites.
- Confirm your email so important account actions are smoother.
