Cancellations and refunds.

Premium is a flexible £9 monthly subscription. This page explains when payments recur, how cancellation works and how to ask for a refund.

Premium renewal

Cancel Premium

Sign in to Account & billing and open the secure Stripe billing portal. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, so Premium access continues until that date and no further monthly renewal is taken. Cancelling does not automatically refund a payment already made.

14-day initial Premium refund

If you buy Premium as a consumer, you may request a full refund of your initial Premium payment within 14 calendar days after purchase, including if you have used the advanced tools. This is an additional consumer-friendly promise and does not remove any statutory cancellation, refund or remedy rights.

If a full initial-payment refund is issued, Premium is cancelled and access ends when the refund is processed. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method; bank and card-provider processing times vary.

After the first 14 days and renewal payments

Payments are normally non-refundable after the initial 14-day period and renewal payments are not automatically refunded. UtilHub will still correct duplicate or incorrect charges and provide any refund or remedy required by law, including where a paid service is not supplied as described. Send the request below so the circumstances can be reviewed.

Business subscriptions

Business Starter and Business Studio begin only after a written scope is accepted. Their three-month initial commitment, cancellation timing and any service credits or refunds are governed by that accepted scope and applicable law; the consumer initial-payment promise above applies only to consumer Premium purchases.

Request cancellation or a refund

The billing portal is the fastest way to stop a future Premium renewal. Use this form for an initial-payment refund, a billing problem or if you cannot access the portal. State clearly whether you want cancellation, a refund or both. Do not send card numbers, passwords or sensitive documents.
