By using UtilHub, you agree to use the site lawfully and review results before relying on them.

General information

Tools provide general calculations, transformations, forecasts, audits and draft content. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical, engineering or other professional advice.

Free allowances and Premium

The 109 public tools remain free. Guests may use 3 public-tool runs and 1 Premium-tool run in each rolling 24-hour window. A signed-in account with a verified email receives 10 public-tool runs and 3 Premium-tool runs in each rolling 24-hour window. These are separate allowances. The £9 monthly Premium plan removes both limits for normal interactive use of the public library and all 20 listed Premium tools, and includes available exports, subject to fair-use and security controls. Saved history, shared accounts and permanent result storage are not currently included.

Accounts and Premium billing

Creating an account does not by itself begin a subscription, trial or charge. A paid Premium subscription starts only after you explicitly confirm the applicable checkout. The £9 amount charged, renewal timing and cancellation terms are presented before payment confirmation. Signed-in subscribers can use Account & billing to review their plan and open the secure billing portal to manage payment details or cancellation.

Business subscriptions

Business Starter is £99 per month and includes Premium, one hosted custom business tool, one small agreed update per month and managed hosting. Business Studio is £199 per month and includes Premium, up to three hosted tools, two small agreed updates per month, priority scheduling and managed hosting. Each begins with a three-month initial commitment after a written scope is accepted and checkout is completed. Submitting a business plan request does not start a subscription or authorise a charge. A small update is a focused change to existing copy, fields, rules or layout; new workflows, redesigns, integrations and third-party fees are scoped separately.

No warranty

UtilHub aims for useful and accurate tools but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every result fits your circumstances. You are responsible for checking inputs, assumptions, current rates and decisions made from an output.

Fair use

Do not disrupt the site, bypass allowances or security controls, misrepresent outputs, or use the tools unlawfully. Automated or excessive traffic that harms availability may be blocked.

Intellectual property

The UtilHub design, explanatory copy and original implementation are protected by applicable rights. Your inputs and factual results generated from them remain yours, subject to any separate accepted business-tool scope.

Premium renewal, cancellation and refunds

Premium costs £9 for each monthly billing period, with no trial or setup fee. The first payment is taken only when subscription checkout is confirmed. It then renews automatically each month on the applicable billing date until cancelled. Cancel at any time through Account & billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, access continues until then and no further renewal is scheduled.

Consumers may request a full refund of the initial Premium payment within 14 calendar days of purchase, including after using the tools. Renewal payments and requests made later are handled under the cancellations and refunds policy. This additional policy does not limit statutory rights.
