Privacy notice.

The operator of UtilHub UK is the controller for personal information deliberately sent through this website. Use the contact form for privacy questions, rights requests or complaints.

Public tool inputs

Inputs and outputs from the 109 public calculators and utilities are processed locally in your browser. They are not submitted to UtilHub. Selected images and files on public pages use local browser APIs and are not uploaded by the site. To count a run, the browser sends only the public tool identifier; it does not send the values, files or result.

Premium tool inputs

Inputs submitted through the 20 Premium tools are sent to UtilHub servers to perform the requested workflow and return a result. Saved project history is not currently included and the submitted values are not added to the allowance record. Avoid submitting secrets, live customer records or unnecessary sensitive information.

Tool allowances and essential cookie

Guests receive 3 public-tool runs and 1 Premium run per rolling 24 hours; the two allowances are counted separately. UtilHub sets an essential, signed, HTTP-only __Host-utilhub_guest browser cookie containing a random identifier for up to one year so these allowances can work. Protected pseudonymous quota identifiers are derived from it. A second protected identifier derived from a coarse network prefix and browser user-agent helps prevent the guest counters being reset by deleting the cookie; raw IP addresses and user-agent strings are not stored in the allowance tables. Each allowance event contains the protected identifier, tool slug and time, not the tool inputs or result.

A verified free account instead uses a protected pseudonymous identifier derived from its account ID and receives 10 public-tool runs and 3 Premium runs per rolling 24 hours. Active Premium and eligible Business subscribers receive unlimited normal interactive use while their paid entitlement remains current. Allowance rows that cross the seven-day retention threshold are selected for deletion by automated cleanup.

Accounts, business plans and support

If you create an account, UtilHub receives the account information you provide and stores security information needed to authenticate you. If you send a business plan request or support message, UtilHub receives the name, email address and details you enter. This information is processed to provide the service you requested, take steps before a possible contract, operate the site and meet applicable legal obligations.

Business and support records are used only to review, respond, scope requested work and, if agreed, manage the service. They are not sold or used for unrelated marketing. Enquiry records that cross the 180-day retention threshold are selected for deletion by automated daily cleanup unless an active contract, request or legal obligation requires a different period.

Server logs and service providers

The hosting server can record technical request data such as IP address, time, requested path, referrer and browser user-agent for security and reliability. Brevo is the transactional email provider and may process contact details and message content when an email is sent. Stripe is the payment provider for subscription checkout and processes payment details when checkout is used; UtilHub does not receive full card details. Essential hosting providers also process limited information to provide the service. UtilHub does not currently load third-party analytics, adverts, social pixels or external fonts.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Use the contact form and include an enquiry reference where available. Identity may need to be checked before disclosing or changing a record.

If a data-protection concern is not resolved, you can raise it with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Your choices

You can use the guest allowances without an account. Registering raises the public allowance from 3 to 10 and the Premium allowance from 1 to 3; subscribing removes both limits for normal interactive use. Do not submit passwords, live customer records, special-category information or unnecessary sensitive data. You can clear browser history, cache, clipboard and saved form data using browser or device controls.
